The Consultant Module allows you to add consultants and grant them access to the app. Reporting Managers can assign tasks and monitor progress. Consultants can log their time and effort, while reporting managers have the ability to approve or reject tasks.

The module allows flexible rate definitions, such as hourly, retainership or project milestones. Payments are automatically calculated based on the chosen rate and the approval of the work completed by the consultant, as reviewed by the Reporting Manager.

The system automatically deducts taxes and generates net payment details for disbursement. TDS information is sent to the Compliance section for payments and returns. Consultants can access their Form 16A directly from the portal.

Employees can submit reimbursement claims by specifying the amounts and attaching relevant documents. The request is then sent to the Reporting Manager for approval. Once approved, it is forwarded to the Finance department for the disbursement process.

Yes, employees can view the timeline of their claim, including the submission date, the approval amount from their Reporting Manager, and the payment disbursement details.
